Cancellations & Returns
Please inform the Mailmylens.com customer service team, they will add reward points to your account worth order value.
However, if the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
If you’ve received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment- you may return any unused item(s) in its original packaging, your account will be credited with reward points worth order value (excluding shipping costs).
If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.
To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, you may approach any of our showrooms with your purchase reference and they will be pleased to assist you.
The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any.
At Mailmylens.com, you can change your mind. If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn’t meet your expectations, then you may return the product to Mailmylens.com within the 14 day return period.
Please keep in mind, Mailmylens.com reserves the right to claim damages should the returned goods be damaged or show signs of use. Further information on this topic can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.
We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so. Exchange and Return Policy for opened Contact Lens Boxes will not be entertained.
